5 Year Strategy & Business Plan Advised on a detailed 5 year strategic business plan and approach towards eventual demutualisation of the Ghana Stock Exchange. Reviewed all aspects of the internal organation and advised on new products and services.

Update Rules Blueprint Update to the rulebook and regulations for the Stock Exchange and broker training. Produced a detailed 5 year strategic business plan for the Dar es Salaam Stock Exchange, covering all previous strategic studies and development plans for the future.

IT Strategy Review Review of IT Strategy for the CSE in Sri Lanka looking at Trading and CSD business and IT strategy. Reviewed the Millennium Exchange trading system and the CSE?s in-house CSD system.

Review of new market design Reviewed the design of a new market and regulatory structure for the entire securities market.
